Landmarks officially participated in the 2020 Pennsylvania Historic Preservation Awards ceremony, held virtually on October 20th, 2020.
Landmarks SGA is pleased to announce that the Henry F. Schell House Rehabilitation project has been recognized by Preservation Pennsylvania as a recipient for one of its 2020 Construction Project Awards in the category of Small Project Rehabilitation. Thanks to Somerset Trust Company's dedication to saving the Schell House, the building saw a massive rehabilitation which was spearheaded by Landmarks SGA.
The project was completed as part of a federal Historic Tax Credit project and was completed following the Department of Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation.
