Banking Facilities

Landmarks SGA maintains an open-ended contract with Somerset Trust Company (STC) to assist them in the planning, design, and construction of new bank branches, as well as the remodeling of existing branches. Landmarks has assisted STC with designs for over twenty different locations throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania. These projects range from simple interior upgrades to new construction. Landmarks has also assisted STC with multiple historic preservation/restoration projects which received tax credits from the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission.
